Great job making it to Ninh Binh at the very start. I’m sure it’ll just get easier from here. I’m not sure at what stage of the journey you are right now however, please keep up with your hydration. The humidity in SEA hits pretty hard. I’d suggest getting a few packets of oral rehydration solution and using that in your water bottle. Also, an insulated bottle with ice water will keep you going. Cheers and all the best for the rest of the journey.

Congratulations on making it all the way to Ninh Binh, guys! You should be so proud of yourselves, but man, I cannot imagine the soreness you’ll experience in 2 days. I love the forward facing views you guys did on the bike, so much better than the way others have been doing it. Makes it feel as if we’re on the adventure with you. BTW, that room is awesome!
