We went to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam last Aug. 30 to Sept. 02, 2025. It was a short trip but we were able to squeezed in a lot of historical landmarks and check out different cafes to try the salt coffee and try new Vietnamese dishes like Bahn Xeo, a crispy stuffed rice pancake 🙂
