In Hanoi, you will go cheap and complain that the place is cheap.
You have no memory of bad. Hence, you keep making the same mistake.
Don’t dare spend a fiver to see a doctor when you can ask a young girl who sells medicine and doesn’t have a clue.
Your choices leave a lot to be desired.
Maybe you have syphilis.

I highly doubt it’s shingles. The joke in dermatology is: if it’s wet dry it, if it’s dry wet it, and if nothing else works try steroids. I’d start with a talcum powder.

I think you have heat rash. Treat it with Hydrocortisone cream and it should clear up in 2-4 days. It’s from your sweat not evaporating and irritating your skin. Lightly clean the area and put on the hydrocortisone cream and you apply it two to three times in a day . And it will go away but as you get to your next destination just make sure you go get it checked out but I think I am right. Let me know.

Well you made me laugh out loud when talking about your gay right to drink watermelon with a straw. I also eat like you and don’t mix my food. We all love some happiness in our mouths. That church was impressive and that rash is definitely contact dermatitis from an irritant or allergen.

Heat rash under arms and other places where you could sweat more due to humid conditions and temperature? The face could well have been a reaction to the scented body cream you used on your face. Check it out with a doctor. Food and coffee looks fabulous. You usually get what you pay for lets face it, the mattress is your biggest problem and you are tired because you haven’t slept well on the last mattress. Do the mattress test and get a good nights sleep, and see a doctor!
