Hello everyone. Today I would like to talk about my recent air trip from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City. The distance from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City is about an hour and a half by plane, but I experienced a lot of scenery and excitement during the trip.
First, I departed from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The airport was very spacious and clean, and I enjoyed shopping and dining. I had Thai food, Khao Pat (fried rice) and Tom Yum Kung (shrimp soup). It was very spicy and delicious.
When I boarded the plane, I could see the city of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River from the window. Bangkok is the capital of Thailand and a large city with a population of about 8 million. The unique mix of skyscrapers, temples, and canals was impressive.
The plane flew above the clouds. Sometimes the sun’s rays shone through the clouds, making the sky sparkle. The sky was blue and wide. I relaxed by listening to music on my phone, reading a book, or watching a movie.
As we approached Ho Chi Minh City, I could see the lush green landscape of the Mekong Delta and the skyline of Ho Chi Minh City through the windows. Ho Chi Minh is the largest city in Vietnam, with a population of about 9 million. It has French colonial architecture, relics of the Vietnam War, and modern buildings and malls.
We landed at Ho Chi Minh’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The airport was smaller and busier than Bangkok.
